Social Media

Role: Photoshoot direction, prop styling assistant, hand lettering, and customer engagement.

Planning

Managing multiple platforms for one company means planning ahead to ensure campaigns are consistent across media. I manage our social media advertising budget to be the most effective at reaching our potential and existing customer base.

Engaging Content & Follow-through

Copy and photographs are generated to be exciting and relevant to both wholesale and retail customers. Posts are maintained across multiple social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) to make sure that we can carry on conversations with all customers on their favorite venue.

Staying Current

With platforms such as Facebook constantly changing, I stay aware of major changes to analytics or targeting. I stay up to date on the changing platforms, and take workshops to keep creating content that’s engaging to current and prospective customers.

I also am conscious of emerging platforms. In my time at oneVessel, Instagram has been introduced and exploded in popularity, and I made sure that oneVessel has a consistent presence there.

Identify the Dream Client

Especially in the past 2 years, I have expanded oneVessel's reach on social media.  I value that everything you post needs to offer something to your dream client, and it's crucial to define who they are, how to reach them, and how to maintain a relationship with them.
